ANDREW C. HARVEY

Andy Harvey has over twenty-five years of experience as a corporate executive and management consultant with particular emphasis on crisis management, turnarounds and restructuring. His industry experience spans a broad spectrum that includes defense, technology, entertainment/media, Internet, financial services, consumer electronics, professional services, and environmental services. Additionally, Andy has been responsible for arranging numerous mergers, acquisitions and equity financings.

Andy’s most recent experience includes the debt restructuring of a mobile content company, the examination of a medical finance company, the recapitalization of a network equipment developer, development of an acquisition and alliance strategy for a Hong Kong based telecommunications company, and the sale of an engineering simulation software company.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Harvey managed a large international research facility while at Scripps Institution of Oceanography. He has founded and sold or merged three companies. In addition to the companies where he has served as CEO, he has also served as a consultant with Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) and was a Managing Director at the national turnaround firm XRoads Solutions Group.
